US-based Cybernet-Slash Support, the global technology solutions provider, today announced the acquisition of Glow Networks and InteQ’s service business. Both companies are also US-based.
The company declined to reveal the acquisition cost, stating it was “immaterial”. Nick Sharma, global chief executive officer, told reporters here that Glow Networks’ revenue was $25 million and InteQ’s service business would be $7 million.
Sharma said both acquisitions would help CSS to achieve its turnover target of $125-140 million next year. “Acquisitions alone would contribute 25 per cent of our turnover,” he said.
