Geodesic to buy 76% stake in Swedish firm

Geodesic Information Systems is planning to acquire 76% stake in Clangula IT AB of Sweden.

According to a release issued by Geodesic Information Systems to the BSE today, the board of directors, which met today, has approved the acquisition.

Geodesic declined nearly 3% to Rs 253 on the BSE today.
