Aditya Birla Capital allots 76,626 equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 76,626 equity shares under ESOS on 25 July 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 26,02,20,39,210 (i.e. 2,60,22,03,921 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each) to Rs 26,02,28,05,470 (i.e. 2,60,22,80,547 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
