Board of Mahindra Logistics approves rights issue of up to Rs 750 cr

The Board of Mahindra Logistics at its meeting held on 11 July 2025 has approved the issuance of fully paid up equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each for an amount not exceeding Rs 750 crore by way of rights issue.
