Board of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients recommends Third Interim dividend

Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2025, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
