KPI Green Energy updates of Dividend
The final dividend of Rs.0.2 per share of Rs.10 each (2%) declared by the Board of KPI Green Energy on 25th April 2024 hereby stands changed to Rs.0.2 per share of Rs.5 per share each (4%), post effectiveness of Sub-Division of face value of equity shares from Rs.10 to Rs.5.
