Medi Assist Healthcare Services allots 15,556 equity shares

Medi Assist Healthcare Services has allotted 15,556 equity shares under ESOS on 27 May 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 35,26,12,820/- (consisting of 7,05,22,564 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each) to Rs. 35,26,90,600/- (consisting of 7,05,38,120 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each).
