D & A Financial Services (P) Ltd (Manager to the Offer) has submitted to BSE a Copy of Public Announcement (PA) to the Equity Shareholders/ beneficial owners of Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd (Target Company) in respect of the Acceptance of Exit price as determined by the Reverse Book Building Process as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009 and subsequent amendments thereto.
