We wish to inform you that Jio Financial Services Limited along with BlackRock had in a joint press release dated July 26 2023 announced that the Company and the BlackRock have agreed to form a Joint Venture to enter Indias Asset Management Industry. Accordingly the Company and BlackRock made an application to Securities and Exchange Board of India on October 19 2023 seeking approval for Jio Financial Services Limited and BlackRock Financial Management Inc to act as Co-sponsors of a Mutual Fund. Further please note that the Company being an unlisted Company on July 26 2023 submitted the aforesaid joint press release dated July 26 2023 to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on the same day through its then parent Reliance Industries Limited.
