With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. Friday 14th February 2025 inter alia Considered and approved the unaudited Financial Result as recommended by Audit Committee along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 31st December 2024. The Meeting of the Board Commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 12:30 P.M.Further please find enclosed herewith the unaudited quarterly financial result as on 31.12.2024 along with the limited review report taken on record by the Board of Directors.
