Pursuant to Reg. 30(2) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of LODR we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of 19th Stakeholders Consultation Committee Meeting (SCC) of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on April 23 2025.The Liqudator (LQ) of the Company informed the SCC members regarding the developments which have taken place in the ongoing sale process involved in Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis. Thereafter the LQ of the Company discussed the way forward to complete the above said process.
