Grant Of Stock Options Under Saregama Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) has approved grant of 75000 Options to an eligible employeeof the Company exercisable into not more than 75000 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company under the Saregama Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013.
