We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall be closed with effect from July 01 2025 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ending on June 30 2025 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated to you separately. The Designated Persons have been advised not to trade in securities either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the period of closure of the trading window.
