Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025.2. In-principle approved the declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31 2025. The amount of dividend per share and the record date will be finalised in the ensuing Board meeting of the Company.3. Approved the appointment of M/s. S K S S & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 146986W) as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2025-2026.
