Pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI [Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has received a letter vide email dated 11th June 2025 from NSE Limited regarding levy of penalty for alleged non- compliance i.e Non closure of VAPT vulnerabilties for F Y 2024-25 within the prescribed timeline i.e 31st March 2025.In this regard NSE Limited has imposed a penalty on the Company amounting to INR 1 50000/-(exclusive of 18% GST).We request you to kindly take the same on record and oblige.
