112 aspirational districts account for 2 percent of COVID-19 cases: Amitabh Kant

New Delhi, May 04 (ANI): Niti Aayog CEO and Chairman of Empowered Group-6 of the government Amitabh Kant informed about the aspirational districts status on COVID-19 cases. He said that there are about 610 cases of COVID-19 in 112 aspirational districts which is considered fairly low at less than 2 per cent of the national level of infections. "Of these, six districts have reported first case after April 21," he added.
