Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Apr 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Bihar's Muzaffarpur on Tuesday. He said, "After the four phases of Lok Sabha elections, Opposition has fallen flat. Coming phases will decide that how big is their failure and how grand is NDA's win."
