COVID-19: Is justice delivery system not essential? asks Kapil Sibal to judiciary

New Delhi, Apr 25 (ANI): Congress veteran leader Kapil Sibal on April 25 raised a question over country's judicial services or delivery of justice and asks if it is not essential during lockdown? He requested the Indian judiciary to include the judiciary services into essential services.
