COVID-19: UP to soon have indigenously produced rapid testing kits, says MSME Secy

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 11 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh's Principal Secretary for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Navneet Sehgal, on April 10 said Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath government is encouraging two major companies in the state - one in Lucknow and other in Noida - which have developed rapid testing kits for coronavirus. Sehgal added that both the companies will send their samples to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), and once approved, UP will have indigenous and economical rapid testing kits for COVID-19.
