Cyclone Tauktae: Low-lying areas waterlogged in parts of Kerala

Alappuzha (Kerala), May 16 (ANI): Cyclone Tauktae wreaked havoc in coastal Kerala. Low-lying areas of Alappuzha were heavily waterlogged. The rain continues in the state due to cyclonic storm. IMD predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places on May 16-17.
