'Eco-friendly' logs made out of cow dung for funerals introduced in Raipur

Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Aug 01 (ANI): 'Eco-friendly' logs made out of cow dung have been introduced in Raipur for funerals. The logs will be provided for free. The logs are made by a machine which produces enough logs for four funerals daily. "To obtain wood for funeral, large number of trees are cut, damaging the environment and produces a lot of smoke. Therefore we opted for this eco-friendly method", said Raipur Mayor Pramod Dubey. The logs will be provided to all cemeteries across Raipur.
