Locals commute on makeshift boats in flood-affected Cooch Behar

Cooch Behar (West Bengal), Jul 24 (ANI): Cooch Behar is one of the many districts of West Bengal which has been affected with incessant rains and is now seeing flood-like situation. The condition in Cooch Behar is such that the locals are using makeshift boats to travel from one part to another. Bihar, Assam and West Bengal have been hit by floods this year, and has claimed the lives of more than 150 people and over 200 animals.
