Mamata holds roadshow in Kolkata

Kolkata, May 16 (ANI): With the political temperature soaring in the state, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday held a roadshow in Kolkata. She marched from Thakur Pukur to Taratala. TMC and BJP have been at loggerheads post the clashes. Earlier, BJP president Amit Shah's roadshow took a violent turn including vandalisation of social reformer Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar's bust. Election Commission has cut short campaigning period in West Bengal by a day following violence.
