'Officers don't listen to me', Bihar Minister resigns

Patna (Bihar), July 01(ANI): Bihar Social Welfare Minister Madan Sahni announced resignation as "officers don't listen to him". "We are meant to work for the people and if we cannot serve the people and officers will not listen to us then how will we work," Madan Sahni told ANI
