Roll your 'bistar' and start going home: Kapil Sibal to PM Modi

New Delhi, May 09 (ANI): While speaking exclusively to ANI, Congress leader Kapil Sibal hit at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said, "This election, actually should be talking about jobs, agricultural crisis, clean air, safe drinking water, education, and health care. What have you done in last 5 years? Now, he knows that on 23rd of May, he's gone out of the power and he is frustrated and desperate. These all are acts of desperation and frustration. These are not the acts of the man who is thinking with his head on shoulders. He just wants to be abusive and make allegations. So, it's time to pack up, roll your 'bistar' as they say and start going home because it's time to leave the wonderful surrounding in which you lived in the last 5 years."
