Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant pays tribute to United Maharashtra Movement's martyrs

Mumbai, May 01 (ANI): The Member of Parliament (MP) of the political party Shiv Sena Arvind Sawant paid tribute to the martyrs at Mumbai's Hutatma Chowk today. He paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the United Maharashtra Movement on May 01, 1960. The State of Maharashtra was created under the framework of reconstruction of States on linguistic criteria. But many people sacrificed their lives before it could came into existence.
