Soon, create public events on Google Maps

New Delhi, Mar 26 (ANI): Google Maps has a new feature in-the-making which will allow users to create public events with ease. Android Police spotted a new bit of documentation on the Google Maps Help site that hinted at a process to add a public event through the Android app. The feature is currently live but it is not available for everyone. The feature, called 'Add a public event' allows users to submit events similar to the public events being shown in Maps.
