Uttarakhand, HP wrapped in blanket of snow

Kullu (HP)/ Chamoli (Uttarakhand), Jan 07 (ANI): Uttarakhand's Chamoli is covered in thick blanket of snow following fresh snow spell. Himachal Pradesh's Kullu also received heavy snowfall. Temperature has dipped drastically in the regions. While snow is attracting the tourists, it has also created trouble in vehicular movement.
