Watch: Clash erupts between two groups of Congress workers in Chhattisgarh

Bhatapara (Chhattisgarh), Feb 14 (ANI): A clash broke out between two groups of Congress workers during election for Zila Panchayat President in Chhattisgarh on February 14. Police rushed to the site to control the situation. Incident took place in the Baloda Bazar area of Bhatapara district.
