'Dial down rhetoric and dial up diplomacy': U.N. Chief on North Korea

New York, Aug 17 (ANI): United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that it was time to 'dial down rhetoric and dial up diplomacy' on North Korea. He added that he is available to resolve the rising tensions and have conveyed the message to the representatives of the six-party talks. Guterres further said that the potential consequences of military action are too horrific to even contemplate.
