It is upto Pakistan to create right atmosphere and come forward for bilateral talks: PM

New York, Sept 27 (ANI): Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed the United Nations General Assembly. Talking about Pakistan, the Prime Minister said that he is prepared to engage in serious bilateral dialogue with Pakistan in a peaceful atmosphere, without the shadow of terrorism. However, he added that it is also upto Pakistan to create the right atmosphere and come forward for bilateral talks.
