Pedestrian bridge collapse claims 6 lives at Florida University

Florida (USA), Mar 16 (ANI): At least six people died and several others got injured in a pedestrian bridge collapse at Florida International University in western Miami Dade County. The collapse trapped several cars beneath it. Firefighters rushed to the spot to rescue the trapped people. Paramedics were deployed to treat people injured in the accident. The bridge spanned over several lanes of traffic connecting the university with the city of Sweetwater. Further details are awaited.
