Record snowfall hits Moscow, causes traffic snarls

Moscow (Russia), Feb 06 (ANI): Record snowfall has gripped Russia's Moscow. The heavy snowfall caused immense problems to residents as it led to power cuts, traffic jams and flight delays. On Saturday itself, the snow fell close to 16 inches.
