Mayawati's remarks come a day after Yadav said "BSP has transferred its votes to the BJP in the UP polls. Now it will be interesting to see whether the BJP makes Mayawati President (or not) in return"
Yadav alleged that the BJP government is proving to be more failure than ever on fronts of health, education, and law and order
He also levelled accusations on the Yogi government of putting pressure on police in the state and alleged that police were given the responsibility to win polls for the BJP government
The meeting assumes significance since both, Azam Khan and Shivpal Yadav, are said to be upset with SP president Akhilesh Yadav

"If Akhilesh thinks, I am in touch with the BJP, why doesn't he expel me. He should expel me from the party's legislative unit if he thinks I am indulging in anti-party activity," Shivpal said
