Haryana-based Innovision files IPO papers with Sebi, eyes Rs 315 cr

Manpower services company Innovision Ltd has filed draft papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The Haryana-based company's proposed IPO is a mix of fresh issuance of Rs 315 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 11.81 lakh equity shares by promoters, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). Those selling shares in the OFS are Randeep Hundal and Uday Pal Singh. As per the draft papers filed on Monday, proceeds from the fresh issuance to the extent of Rs 55 crore will be used towards payment of debt, Rs 160 crore for funding working capital requirements of the company and, besides, a portion will be used for general corporate purposes. The company specialises in providing manpower services, which include manned private security, integrated facility management services, as well as manpower sourcing and payroll management. The Aam Admi Party's Haryana unit chief Sushil Gupta Sunday said his party would soon declare its candidates for the October 1 Assembly polls with screening and survey for the purpose underway. He said the AAP will put up a strong fight in all 90 Assembly segments and asserted that the countdown to the end of the BJP government in the state has begun. 10,321 centenarians, 255,000 voters aged 85 & above in Haryana: ECI

Among those who will be casting their votes in the upcoming assembly polls in Haryana are 10,321 centenarians and 2.55 lakh voters aged 85 years and above, Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said on Friday. EV maker Euler Motors unveils Rs 100 cr mfg, R&D facility in Haryana

Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors on Tuesday unveiled its manufacturing and R&D facility at Palwal in Haryana, which has been set up with an investment of Rs 100 crore to cater to the rising demand. Spanning 5 lakh square feet, the plant has the capacity to produce 36,000 vehicles per annum and will serve as Euler Motors' national manufacturing hub, catering to the rising demand for its three-wheeler, the company said. The Election Commission has directed district election officers and superintendents of police in Haryana to act with complete impartiality and ensure a level playing field for free and fair assembly elections. SC directs DGP of Punjab for partial reopening of highway at Shambhu border

The Supreme Court on Monday directed the police chiefs of both Punjab and Haryana to hold a meeting along with the SPs of adjoining Patiala and Ambala districts within one week for partial reopening of the highway at the Shambhu border, where protesting farmers have been camping since February 13. The court asked the Punjab government to persuade protesting farmers at the Shambhu border to remove tractors from the road, saying highways are not parking space. Haryana Cabinet gives nod to buy 10 more crops at minimum support price

The Haryana Cabinet on Monday gave approval to the proposal of buying 10 more crops at the minimum support price. This came a day after Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced at 'Vijay Shankhnad' rally in Kurukshetra that the state government would buy all crops at MSP. NHRC notice to Delhi, Haryana, UP over deaths by drowning, electrocution

The NHRC on Saturday said it has issued notices to the Delhi government, vice chairman of the DDA and Haryana and Uttar Pradesh authorities in connection with reported incidents of drowning and electrocution in Delhi and neighbouring cities in which several lives have been lost. The reported incidents, as in the recent past, are indicative of the "negligence by the civic authorities, which is a matter of concern", it said in a statement. The NHRC has taken suo motu cognisance of a media report that at least 13 lives were lost in Delhi-NCR including six due to electrocution and four due to drowning after falling into overflowing drains amid heavy rain "magnifying the creaky infrastructure and civic negligence", the rights panel said.
