Jail for Hafiz Saeed: Mere eyewash to woo FATF or credible Pak action?

Mumbai terror attack mastermind and Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed has been sentenced to 10 years in jail by an anti-terrorism court in Pakistan in two more terror financing cases. Saeed, a UN designated terrorist whom the US has placed a $10 million bounty on, was arrested on July 17 last year in the terror financing cases. He was sentenced to 11 years in jail by an anti-terrorism court in February this year in two terror financing cases.

26/11 Mumbai attacks: Hafiz Saeed not in Pakistan terror list, yet again!

India has rejected Pakistan's latest list of terrorists involved in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, saying it 'glaringly omits' the mastermind and key conspirators of the heinous terror strike. In a strongly-worded reaction on the issue, Spokesperson in the Ministry of External Affairs Anurag Srivastava said India has repeatedly called on Pakistan to give up its 'obfuscation and dilatory tactics' in discharging its international obligations in the trial of Mumbai terror attacks.

Worldwide protests continue to condemn Pakistan's invasion to Kashmir

On this day in 1947, Pakistan launched an invasion to forcibly capture J-K using tribal raiders.
