The stock gained 2 per cent to Rs 2,433.60, an all-time high.
 
Ansal Properties & Infra up 9% 17-NOV-09
The stock jumped 9 per cent to Rs 71.35 after the company allotted 9.63 million equity shares to Mauritius-based IPRO Funds, a foreign fund, under preferential allotment.
 
Maruti Suzuki rises 5% 17-NOV-09
The stock surged 5.45 per cent to Rs 1,560.40 on reports that the demand for passenger cars remains upbeat in the domestic market.
 
Shree Renuka Sugars jumps 4% 13-NOV-09
The stock jumped 4.24 per cent to Rs 227.65 to an all-time high, after the company acquired Vale Do Ivai SA (VDI), a Brazil-based sugar and ethanol firm.
 
Jubilant Organosys surges 6% 13-NOV-09
The stock rose 6 per cent to Rs 288.90 after a wholly owned subsidiary Jubilant Biosys signed a 5 year pact with Singapore-based Duke University for global research and drug development.
 
Sundaram Brake Linings up 9.8% 11-NOV-09
The stock jumped 9.8 per cent at Rs 182, after the company decided to increase the production capacity of friction materials by 3000 million tonnes from existing 20,000 million tonnes.
 
NMDC jumps 20 per cent 11-NOV-09
The stock froze 20 per cent upper limit of circuit filter after the steel ministry said it will initiate a plan next month to sell stake in the company.
 
Thomas Cook India up 11 per cent 10-NOV-09
The stock jumped 11.87 per cent to Rs 62.20 on reports that company will charter the luxury train — Deccan Odyssey — over the next five years from November 18 to cash in on the influx of foreign tourists in India as recovery in the global economy brightens spending prospects.
 
State Bank of India gains 5.2 per cent 10-NOV-09
The stock was the largest gainer among Sensex companies and rose 5.2 per cent to Rs 2,318.55, after the state-run bank entered into an agreement with T Rowe Price under which the bank will sell 6.5 per cent holding each in UTI Asset Management Company and UTI Trustee Company.
 
Hindustan Copper rises 10% 06-NOV-09
The stock gained 10 per cent at Rs 233.05, has frozen the upper limit of circuit filter on reports that the government is considering divesting its stake in copper producer.
 
JSW Steel up 7% 06-NOV-09
The stock rose 7.34 per cent to Rs 774, after the company reported its crude steel production rose 34 per cent to 453,000 tonnes in October 2009 over the same period last year.
 
Glodyne up 11% 05-NOV-09
The stock gained 11.35 per cent to Rs 343.50 after the company signed an agreement with the Collector of Gadchiroli, Government of Maharashtra for executing a turnkey Technology Infrastructure Management Project for implementing National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) in the Gadchiroli District of the state.
