In its counter affidavit, the poll panel said there is no legal mandate to provide Form 17C to any person other than the candidate or his agent
'There are a total of 2,628 voting centres of which 429 are sensitive. Extra paramilitary personnel with drones and CCTV cameras will be deployed in these sensitive poll centres,' DCP Sehrawat said
