Realty firm Godrej Properties is expecting a revenue of more than Rs 10,000 crore from an upcoming housing project at Worli in Mumbai. The upcoming project 'Godrej Trilogy', spanning 2.63 acres, will feature three residential towers. In the first phase, the company will launch two towers during this quarter. In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company informed that it has received the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its upcoming residential development, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli. This is part of a joint development to redevelop a prime land parcel. "The gross estimated revenue potential of the total project is over Rs 10,000 crore," the company said. Currently, RERA approval has been obtained for two of the three proposed towers, comprising about 11 lakh square feet of saleable area in Phase 1. Private real estate firm Shaula Real Estates, where the daughter of Godrej Industries Chairman Adi Godrej is a director, has purchased a duplex apartment in a luxury housing project at Worli in Mumbai for nearly Rs 226 crore. Tanya Arvind Dubash, the eldest daughter of industrialist Adi Godrej, and Clement George Pinto are directors in Shaula Real Estates Pvt Ltd, according to sources. The company has been incorporated on March 26, 2025, in Mumbai. In a statement on Monday, real estate consultant Square Yards said, "Shaula Real Estates has purchased a duplex apartment in the Naman Xana project located in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs 225.76 crore". Square Yards said it has seen property registration documents. The transaction was registered in May 2025. Godrej Industries did not comment on the transaction. The toll charges on Mumbai's iconic Rajiv Gandhi Bandra Worli Sea Link will increase by about 18 per cent from April 1, officials from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation said on Friday. An MSRDC spokesperson told PTI that the new toll rates for one-way journeys for cars and jeeps will be Rs 100 from the beginning of next month, while minibuses, tempos and other similar vehicles will have to pay Rs 160 for it. Two-axle trucks will be charged Rs 210 for a one-way trip on the cable-stayed bridge on the Arabian Sea. Motorists using the eight-lane overpass now pay Rs 85 for cars and jeeps, Rs 130 for minibuses, tempos and light commercial vehicles, and Rs 175 for two-axle trucks and buses. These rates have been in force since April 1, 2021. The new toll rates on the sea link, which opened for traffic in 2009, will be applicable between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2027, he said.
