Ambani's sister Nina Kothari takes over as chairperson of Kothari Sugars, Kothari Petrochemicals

Arjun B Kothari has been appointed as MD of Kothari Sugars and Kothari Petrochemicals

Nina B Kothari, daughter of late industrialist Dhirubhai Ambani, has taken over as the Chairperson of Kothari Sugars and Chemicals Ltd, the flagship company of HC Kothari Group, with effect from April 8, 2015.

Her husband and eminent industrialist B H Kothari, who was the Chairman and Managing Director of Kothari Sugars and Chemicals, passed away on February 22, 2015.

The company informed the National Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 8, 2015, that it has appointed Nina B Kothari as Chairperson of the Company with effect from Aprii 8, 2015.

Arjun B Kothari, son of Nina Kothari and late B H Kothari has been appointed as a Managing Director, Key Managerial Person and an Additional Director with effect from April 08, 2015.

 

Nina Kothari has also been appointed as the Chairperson of Kothari Petrochemicals Limited. Arjun B Kothari has been appointed as the Managing Director and Additional Director of the company with effect from April 8, 2015.
