eBay launches Global EasyBuy

Online marketplace eBay India today launched a service, Global EasyBuy, which will enable Indian customers to purchase products directly from international eBay sites at single price system in terms of Indian currency.

In a statement, eBay said that the launch of the new service (GEB) in the country would enables Indian shoppers to purchase directly from international eBay sites at single price system in Indian Rupee.

The price system would include product cost, shipping and any applicable duties.

GEB would provide consumers access to 18 million product range across categories like fashion, computers, sporting equipment, home interiors or accessories. It would also provide access to hard-to-find gadgets and gizmos and prized toys among others.

 

"GEB is sure to redefine the concept of shopping in India and revolutionise 'retail' as we know it: Global EasyBuy takes range, convenience and access to international brands to new heights," eBay India Director-Marketing Kashyap Vadapalli said.
