Edserv QIP to open this Friday

Edserv Softsystems Ltd has informed BSE that its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) will open on July 9, 2010. The minimum floor price fixed for the QIP has been fixed at Rs 205 per share.

The company informed the exchanges that the money raised will be utilised to fund the company's plans in the schools segment where it is investing in several schools this year.
