Genpact receives Certifications by British Standards Institute

BPO firm Genpact’s operation centers in India have received the ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 certifications from the British Standard Institute (BSI), a globally renowned independent certifying authority.

The ISO 14001 is a certification of an environmental management system to minimize any adverse affect of its operations on the environment, and help the company abide by the applicable environmental laws.

The OSHAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment) certification will help Genpact identify hazards in its operations and minimize health and safety risks for its employees, consultants and contractors.
