Godrej investing in service network upgrade in UP

Company rolls out six 'mobile service vans' to offer doorstep services in five of the state's districts

White goods manufacturer Godrej Appliances is investing in upgrading its service network in Uttar Pradesh.

The new initiative is aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction quotient and improving brand visibility.

The company today rolled out six 'mobile service vans' in UP to provide doorstep services to customers in Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Allahabad and Gorakhpur districts.

"Three more vans would be deployed next week to cover Jaunpur and Jhansi as well," Godrej business head and executive vice president Kamal Nandi said here.

Pan-India, it has launched 70 vans and the number would be ramped up to 200 by the end of next year.
