Hyundai Motor India Ltd. Today reported a O.57% increase in its total sales in June at 54,667 units as against 54,354 in the same month last year.
The company's domestic sales stood at 30,610 units during the month, up 0.52% from 30,450 units in June 2012, HMIL said in a statement.
Exports during the month were up by 0.64% to 24,057 units from 23,904 units in the same month last year, it added.
Commenting on the sales, HMIL Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing Rakesh Srivastava, said: "In these challenging times of industry degrowth, Hyundai has grown in volumes and market share on the strength of a strong product portfolio and customer focus of its channel partners".
