IT services firm iGate Corporation on Thursday announced the launch of the IGATE Corporate University - the company's training and development facility in Pune. The Nasdaq-listed company has invested $70 million in setting up the centre that can train around 800 people at a time.
The iGate Corporate University will focus on building custom training programmes and methodologies in association with leading global varsities, the company said. The university which is spread across 37 acres of land, will have courses for all the level of employees, typically of the duration of 90 days.
