In a letter to the Infosys board, co-founder N R Narayana Murthy recently made known his displeasure over the company’s governance lapses. Even as the content of the letter were not known so far, there was much speculation, especially over the co-founder’s suggestion that the Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher report over alleged wrongdoings in the Panaya deal be made public.
