Kremikovtzi AD, Bulgaria steel unit of Global Steel Holding, promoted by Pramod and Vinod Mittal, has entered into a tolling agreement with ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steelmaker.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>According to the agreement, all raw materials supplied by ArcelorMittal would be converted into steel by Kremikovtzi, as part of an agency agreement with ArcelorMittal. </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>The initial production is kept at 60,000 tonnes and would increase in size with simultaneous improvements in the equipments&#39; health.</P>
