Lever Gist Brocades Sold To Burns Philp India

Lever Gist Brocades, a 50:50 joint venture between consumer goods major Hindustan Lever (HLL) and DSM of The Netherlands, has been sold to Burns Philp India, the local arm of the Australia-based food conglomerate Burns Philp.
