Maruti's entry drives land prices upwards

Land prices in Hansalpur, Gujarat, have risen 12 times after Maruti Suzuki announced its plan to set up a plant here. Apart from raking in the moolah through land deals, villagers expect windfall gains by being part of the overall growth story.
